Are you an experienced Reward leader with a track record of delivering large-scale reward transformation and organisation design projects?

Do you specialise in compensation and have experience designing and implementing reward frameworks following large-scale job evaluation and grading exercises?

We’re partnering with a large, complex organisation embarking on a significant transformation programme and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Compensation Manager on a fixed-term basis.

This is a high-impact assignment, offering the opportunity to shape and implement a market-leading Total Reward Framework while driving a comprehensive review of job architecture and organisational grading across the business.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the design and implementation of a new reward framework that supports the organisation’s future strategy and operating model.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive Total Reward Framework.
  • Leading a full organisational review and grading exercise for key roles across the business.
  • Developing and embedding robust job evaluation and governance processes.
  • Creating and implementing job architecture and career frameworks.
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to executive and senior leadership teams on reward and organisational design matters.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement through the entire programme lifecycle, from design through to implementation and adoption.
  • Ensuring reward practices are equitable, commercially sound and aligned with organisational objectives.

About You

We’re keen to speak with individuals who have operated at Head of Reward, Reward Transformation Lead, Senior Compensation Manager or Senior Reward Manager level within large, complex organisations.

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience delivering reward transformation and organisation design programmes.
  • Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies, grading frameworks and job architecture.
  • Experience designing and implementing Total Reward strategies and frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at Executive and Board level, taking people.
  • Exceptional programme management and change delivery capabilities.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive implementation.
