Estimator and Senior Estimator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estimator / Senior Estimator join our Housing Partnerships team based in Bolton. We are a well-established family-owned contractor and developer specialising in the delivery of affordable housing for housing associations and public sector partners. Due to a strong pipeline of new-build residential schemes, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator to join our team. You will play a key role in preparing competitive and robust cost plans and tender submissions for affordable housing developments, supporting projects from early feasibility through to contract award.
