This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with a passion for customer service and proven success in residential new homes sales. The Role As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full sales journey from first enquiry to legal completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will demonstrate strong communication, product presentation and closing skills, helping buyers find their forever home. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will: Develop strong knowledge of the local area including amenities, schools, transport links and competitor developments Proactively manage and follow up sales leads to convert enquiries into site visits Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in line with business requirements Minimum 4 years experience as a New Homes Sales Executive (essential) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Confident using CRM systems and IT packages Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays Flexible to travel at short notice when required xkybehq Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Competitive basic salary of £35,000~ Uncapped bonus scheme with OTE £55,000£65,000~25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service)~ Pension contribution~ Health insurance~ Long-term career progression
