As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will work as part of a cross-functional and rapidly growing team of engineers to support the business’ next growth phase in scaling up its operational capacity to meet demand.

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Engineer

• Conduct product testing
• Generate design requirements and identify risk areas
• Develop 3D CAD and engineering drawings for motor components and assemblies
• Deliver parts, assemblies, and systems from concept to proof of principle
• Experience in managing projects, risk assessment, and testing
• Work to engineering best practices and processes within the design team

Experience & Skills – Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, hydrogen, industrial gas
• Industrial experience in the design and development of mechanical systems
• Good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Effective communicator and multi-tasker

Desirable

• Experience or knowledge of R&D technologies
• Knowledge of power system design, including motors, transmissions, and energy storage solutions
• Able to carry out simple mechanical and thermal analyses for concept scoping
