This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Building Consultancy team, delivering strategic advice and managing a varied portfolio of commercial property projects across Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out building surveys and prepare technical reports
- Deliver feasibility studies and strategic property advice
- Manage building maintenance programmes and contract administration
- Advise on dilapidations and building defects
- Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
About You
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in building surveying and project management
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and dilapidations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
