We are working exclusively with one of our clients in the food ingredients and blended nutrition sector who are looking to appoint a NPD Manager to lead their innovation agenda and shape the next phase of commercial growth.
A list of responsibilities can only tell you so much…. we are looking for people who have been involved in disruptive industries, disruptive products. Perhaps you are someone that has worked on various categories and have had to learn or pick up new concepts quickly.
A valuable skill that would very much help is formulation expertise and understanding the actual food science from more than a surface level perspective. In such an innovative and fast moving category breaking ground on new flavours, products and ideas can go in any direction… you will be successful if you can identify potential formulation issues early.
Some experience in:
- Dairy manufacturing
- Dry blend manufacturing
- Powders manufacturing
- Nutritional manufacturing
- Bakery manufacturing
