The Role
The Sales Manager will support technical sales and customer development activity across a range of complex engineering projects. Working closely with customers and internal engineering teams, the role will involve reviewing customer requirements, supporting solution development and preparing commercially and technically robust proposals across a broad range of industrial applications.
The position requires an individual who is comfortable operating at the interface between engineering, commercial and customer-facing activity. Supporting extended project and sales cycles, the role will involve customer engagement, proposal development and commercial evaluation within a collaborative and technically focused engineering environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical and commercial capability gained within process manufacturing, industrial engineering or related engineering environments. Experience within technical sales, proposals, applications engineering or consultative customer-facing engineering roles would be advantageous. The role is best suited to an individual who enjoys technically varied applications, collaborative working and commercially focused problem solving.
