Business Development Manager – High-End Refurbishment

Reworks London is a specialist contractor delivering high-quality commercial and residential refurbishment and renovation projects across central London. Based in St James’s, we focus on bespoke, design-led work — from heritage restorations to contemporary office and residential fit-outs in prime locations.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong existing contacts in the London construction and property sector who can generate new opportunities quickly. The role also includes identifying and supporting public sector tender opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new commercial and residential refurbishment projects through personal networks and industry relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, property managers and other key stakeholders in central London
• Research, qualify and pursue public sector tender opportunities and frameworks
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions (PQQs, ITTs and framework responses)
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of won projects
• Represent Reworks London at networking events and industry meetings

About you

• Proven track record in business development within the UK construction or high-end refurbishment sector
• Strong existing network that can deliver results from day one
• Experience preparing and submitting public sector tenders and frameworks
• Good understanding of central London property and construction market
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
