Salary: £54,000 + 7% Bonus + 10% pension

As a result of continued investment and internal progression, we’re looking for an Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a highly respected engineering team within a market-leading FMCG manufacturing environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment, supporting reliability, reducing downtime and driving continuous improvement across the site.
You’ll work closely with production teams to identify root causes, implement long-term solutions and contribute to the site’s journey towards world-class manufacturing standards.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to challenge processes, share ideas and take ownership of improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Multi-skilled engineering experience within food manufacturing.
Strong fault-finding abilities across electrical and pneumatic systems
Experience supporting high-speed production machinery
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
A strong commitment to health and safety

Salary £54,000
