Senior National Account Manager | Grocery Multiples | FMCG
Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager ready to take ownership of major grocery accounts and make a real impact?
We’re looking for an experienced National Account Manager / Senior National Account Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile UK retail customers (Asda, Morrisons and Iceland), driving sales, profit, category growth and strategic partnerships across a diverse FMCG portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing key grocery multiple accounts with full P&L responsibility
✅ Delivering sales, profit, distribution and promotional targets
✅ Building and executing joint business plans with customers
✅ Identifying new commercial opportunities and growing existing categories
✅ Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams
✅ Managing forecasts, promotions and customer negotiations to maximise ROI
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 4+ years’ National Account Management experience within FMCG
✔️ Proven success managing major UK grocery retailers
✔️ Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
✔️ Category management and joint business planning experience
✔️ Highly analytical, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment
