We are delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm in Belfast to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor with 4-8 years’ PQE to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive client base.
The role offers exposure to a varied mix of acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, asset management and real estate support on corporate transactions. You will be joining an established and collaborative team with a strong reputation in the Belfast market.

The Role
You will:
Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactionsHandle acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and asset management mattersProvide real estate support on corporate transactionsWork closely with clients, colleagues and wider transactional teamsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsContribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
4-8 years’ PQE in commercial property / real estateStrong technical experience across a variety of commercial property mattersExperience gained within a well-regarded commercial law firm or property teamExcellent drafting, negotiation and communication skillsA commercial, client-focused approachThe ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
