French Speaking Internal Account Manager

Location: Sheffield (Office Based)

Salary: £34,000- £37,000 + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and well-established international business supplying specialist products predominantly into the print industry and also signage and graphics industries across the UK and Europe.

Supporting customers across France, Germany, Poland and other international markets, you’ll become the trusted point of contact for your own portfolio of established customers. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you’ll learn the products, industry and customer base before taking ownership of key accounts and helping to drive long term growth.

Responsibilities of an Export Account Manager:

  • Manage and develop your own portfolio of international customers.
  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, becoming their trusted point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products and upsell where appropriate.
  • Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the order process, providing a first-class customer experience.

Requirements of an Export Account Manager:

  • Fluent French language skills (essential).
  • Previous experience within B2B account management, customer service or internal sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Professional, confident and personable approach.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience within print, retail display, signage, large format graphics or similar industries would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with distributors or international customers would also be beneficial but not essential.
