Futures are partnering with a top-tier, global FMCG businesses managing their marketplace platforms. With a current turnover of £350m and 20% YoY growth achieved it couldn’t be a more exciting role to the business and be an integral part of their further ambitious growth plans.
Due to this growth they are expanding and hiring for a Marketplace Specialist.
You will support the day-to-day management and growth of online sales channels with a key focus on Amazon, eBay and Retailers.com. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment and wants hands-on experience across multiple marketplaces and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily management of marketplace accounts including Amazon, eBay and Retailers.com.
- Maintain strong working relationships with marketplace partners and account managers.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, optimised, and up to date across all channels.
- Monitor account health, compliance, and marketplace performance metrics.
- Drive marketplace expansion across emerging markets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates.
- Track sales, pricing and competitor activity.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a ecommerce or marketplace role.
- Experience within the fmcg and/or retail industry, with the ability to work at pace on a daily basis.
- Confident with managing/supporting across online platforms, the likes of Amazon, eBay etc
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation.
- Demonstrable AI skills – Whether it is something you have built, improved or fixed, you are using AI to make an impact.
