About Your New Job

  • As an Account Manager,youwill be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships across Northern Ireland.
  • Youwill proactively generate leads, confidently reach out to prospects (including cold calls), and close new business opportunities.
  • Youwill handle the full sales cyclefrom initial contact, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms, to delivering tailored proposals and contracts.
  • Youwill use CRM tools to plan and track your activities, ensuring a full pipeline and achievement of set targets.
  • Youwill develop long-term partnerships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and staying ahead of market trends with targeted campaigns.

What Skills You Need

  • A results-driven and proactive attitudeyou’re motivated by new challenges and thrive on winning new business.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; you can connect and engage with diverse customers.
  • Strength in both business development and account management (hunter and farmer mind-set).
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a strong focus on providing value and sustainable solutions.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but drive and motivation are key.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote role covering Northern Ireland.
