Head of Private Client – Somerset, South West
I’m currently working with a well-established regional law firm seeking to appoint a Head of Private Client to lead and develop its growing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Head of Department seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and collaborative firm.
The Role:
• Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 fee earners and support staff
• Manage a high-quality caseload of approximately 60 matters
• Advise on Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration and LPAs
• Drive the continued growth and development of the department
• Clear pathway to Partnership for the right individual
