What You’ll be Doing* You will be responsible for the implementation of the company’s sales strategy within key FMCG accounts throughout Ireland & GB* Identify and secure new customer opportunities while expanding revenue streams within existing accounts* Ability to understand and articulate customer needs and requirements* Deliver against the agreed commercial targets* Occasionally travel throughout the UK and Ireland as required to support customer relationships and business development activities.* Managing a range of more than 20 category leading brands, our own brands and local artisanal brands
What we’re looking for* Minimum of 2 year’s experience within a sales, business development, account management, or commercial role ideally within in the FMCG market in Ireland* Ready to progress in career development* Proven track record of winning new business and delivering sustainable revenue growth* Strong understanding of short shelf-life products and the commercial and operational challenges associated with them* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload* Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative* Excellent communication and relationship building skills* Full valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
