About the Team

This role sits within the Human Resources team which comprises over 30 people specialists based in London and Cardiff, working closely together to provide excellent employment conditions for the firm’s people across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

About the Role

We are currently undergoing a technology transformation within the HR function and across the wider firm; this role is a key part of the programme of change. The main focus is to support the new HR system (SuccessFactors) and related modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Learning, Performance and Onboarding), with a primary focus on data, reporting and analytics. Please note this is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support integration activities between HR and wider systems.
  • Lead on designing and developing a suite of standard reports and dashboards in line with business needs, utilising SuccessFactors and other reporting software such as Power BI.
  • Propose, design and deliver improvements to SuccessFactors.
  • Devise and deliver plans to decommission legacy HR systems, including Cascade.
  • Identify opportunities to further utilise technology to improve efficiencies.
  • Support the design and documentation of HR processes.

About You

You will have a professional manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and previous experience working within an office. You are flexible, enjoy working in a fast‑paced team, and are highly organised. You also possess strong numeracy and attention to detail skills, which are key for this role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about being a team player and keen to support others.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate

  • Experience (3+ years) with HR systems and methods for collecting, exporting, and analysing HR data.
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors Report Stories.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical/numeracy skills, capable of analysing complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels and in various formats, and experience of bringing people together to achieve shared outcomes.
  • The ability to present and explain technical information in a simple and clear way to non‑technical users.
  • Ability to combine HR functional knowledge with strong technical expertise to drive system improvements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet to identify and solve potential issues collaboratively.
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, able to work on own initiative with flexibility and to research independently.
  • Flexibility to travel between offices where necessary.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent team player, able to build great relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
