Our client, a very well-established, full-service law practice with offices in the south and Central London, are looking for a senior corporate lawyer.
The firm is independently recognised in all the major legal directories in several practice areas, which include corporate & commercial, real estate, litigation, employment, and immigration law.
Our client is now looking for a senior lawyer to join their team – spearheading the growth and continued success of a very well-established practice.
Their corporate lawyers have particular expertise in, restructuring, M&A, joint ventures & collaborations, corporate governance & regulatory compliance and corporate finance. Many clients are long standing and include start up’s, SME’S and large corporations, in numerous sectors such as IT, education and aviation.
As the suitable candidate for this opportunity, you will be either be a senior associate looking for partnership, or a well-established partner looking for the next challenge in your career.
Whist there is an existing client base and work, a following of clients is required. The ability to demonstrate a good business development record with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships is a must.
