Director of Security Engineering & Architecture

Monzo is seeking an Engineering Director for Security to lead a team of 30–50 engineers, define security strategies, and ensure a secure core platform. This senior role involves collaborating with senior leaders to foster a strong security culture across product development.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading substantial engineering teams and a first-half career in software engineering. This position can be remote or based in London, offering a base salary of £170k–£225k and other benefits.
