The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be at the centre of our business, helping customers find the right solution for projects ranging from short-term kitchen hire to large-scale event and modular installations.
You’ll own opportunities from initial enquiry through to project delivery, working closely with customers and collaborating with our operations, design and delivery teams to ensure every project runs smoothly.
No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a major sporting event, the next helping a healthcare provider respond to an urgent requirement, or developing a long-term relationship with a returning customer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and seeing projects come to life.
- Manage and progress opportunities across the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to successfully securing the deal
- Respond promptly to incoming enquiries, quickly understanding customer needs and converting interest into qualified opportunities.
- Produce clear and accurate quotations, designs, and project information using internal systems, supporting a smooth customer journey
- Develop a strong understanding of the market, including competitors, pricing, and industry trends, to support effective decision-making
- Proactively follow up on leads and enquiries, building strong relationships and developing long-term customer engagement
- Work closely with internal teams across operations, design, and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to team sales targets while developing your commercial skills and progressing your sales career within the business

Essential experience & skills:
- Proven success in a fast-paced sales environment, including managing both quick-turnaround and longer sales cycles
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Strong attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
