Sapp International Ltd is looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Account / Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are a global design, manufacturing and project delivery business, working with leading retail brands across the UK, Europe and international markets. We specialise in delivering high-quality retail fixtures, concessions, displays and rollout programmes, managing projects from initial concept through to manufacture, logistics and installation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing client relationships, coordinating multiple projects and ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing key client accounts and overseeing projects from start to finish. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, suppliers and manufacturing partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and project communication
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, actions and deliverables
  • Coordinate with design, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and installation teams
  • Prepare quotations, schedules, updates and client reports
  • Track project progress and identify risks before they become issues
  • Ensure all work is delivered to the required quality standards
  • Attend client meetings and support new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and follow-up actions
  • Support the wider team with commercial and operational requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and detail-focused. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and communicating with different stakeholders at all levels.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in account management, project management or client services
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset and ability to manage budgets and deadlines
  • Experience working in retail, manufacturing, shopfitting, interiors, displays or fixtures would be beneficial
  • Confidence dealing with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong attention to detail
