Business Analyst
Location: Dublin Duration: 6 Months Working Pattern: 4 days onsite
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support day-to-day operational and analytical activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing assigned tasks with accuracy, adhering to established procedures, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
This role requires a disciplined individual who can identify discrepancies, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks in line with defined procedures and guidelines
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Monitor processes and proactively identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Escalate issues in a timely and structured manner
- Maintain high attention to detail when handling data and reporting outputs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to existing processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA)
- Postgraduate qualification such as MBA (Finance) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to follow structured processes with consistency
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in handling data and reporting tools
