The Role
As our Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the practice—leading your team, shaping performance, and ensuring every client receives first-class care from the moment they walk through the door.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
- Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplace
About You
You are a confident leader with a passion for optics and people who is currently an Assistant Manager or a Practice Manager ready for a new challenge.

- Experience in optical retail management

- FBDO qualification (highly desirable)
