Territory Manager (Endoscopy) | Wales

The Role: I’m partnered with a world leading medical device manufacturer, with a reputation for high quality devices and an excellent service reputation. We’re looking for a motivated Territory Manager to drive endoscopy sales across Wales. You’ll manage customer relationships, hit sales targets and grow market share, working closely with both clinical and commercial teams.

Location: Wales (North & South)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + £25k OTE bonus (uncapped)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years medical sales experience (capital sales preferred)
• Endoscopy experience is a plus
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to engage at senior levels
• Target-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Full UK clean driving licence
