Our client is a market leading, multi-disciplined contractor who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their Ground Engineering division. The role supports a full order book and requires a professional with experience in sub-contracting for civil engineering projects.
Position Overview
- Quantity Surveyor.
- 5 years minimum post graduate experience.
- Well versed in NEC & JCT for of contracts.
- Experience in final account negotiations.

Responsibilities
The position covers the administration of full turn-key sub-contracts from pre-contract specialist terms and conditions all the way through the issue of EWN and CE applications for payment, and the conclusion of the Final Account in a fast-track environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in the administration of NEC, JCT and bespoke sub-contract agreements; strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contract forms; experience in final account negotiations.
