The Role

• Lead a group of dedicated onboarding professionals as a Client Relationship Team Leader.
• Make a genuine impact by supporting the team, improving processes, and helping clients start their journey in the best possible way.
• Coaching and developing others, creating a positive team culture, and leading by example.
• Stay close to day‑to‑day operations, solve challenges, manage priorities, and ensure clients receive a high level of service.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or people‑management role.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for developing and supporting others.
• Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Maintain a customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
