Our client is an award-winning luxury architecture and interior design studio recognised for creating highly individual, timeless, and characterful spaces for an international private client base. Their integrated practice brings together architects, interior designers, and technical specialists who work collaboratively within a single studio, enabling a cohesive and fully coordinated approach across all stages of a project.

They are now looking to appoint a motivated and creative Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their design team. This position would suit someone with strong design sensibility, sound technical skills, and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-moving studio environment. The role will involve supporting the design and delivery of luxury residential projects, working alongside project leaders and architects from early concept development through to detailed design stages.

Responsibilities will include producing and developing drawings, models, visualisations, and presentation materials under senior guidance. You will assist in shaping design ideas through research, sketching, and digital modelling, helping to test and refine concepts for internal reviews and project discussions. You will also contribute to the preparation of accurate technical information, support the coordination of drawing packages, and help uphold the studio’s high standards for documentation, process, and design quality.

In addition, you will assist with planning submissions, tender documentation, and construction information as required, while taking part in project reviews and contributing ideas to support efficient workflow across the team.

Applicants should hold a RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent, and be able to demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, spatial understanding, and technical ability through a well-curated portfo

lio. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with working knowledge of SketchUp or Revit considered an advantage. A good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is also required.
