We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales & logistics to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding issues
- Support the wider administrative team with general office duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
