Mid-Weight Designer

Souq.Studio is a high-end residential interior design practice working across the UK and internationally, from family homes in London to villas in the Seychelles and Cape Town. Full-service, detail-obsessed, and growing. Best of Houzz 2024 and 2025.

We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to lead projects end to end and take real ownership of design delivery.

What you’ll own

• Leading projects from concept through to client presentation, technical drawings and approvals
• Producing and reviewing full drawing packages, and signing them off before they go to the client
• Running client presentations and being a confident, warm client-facing lead
• Leading the handover to contractors and making sure drawings are surveyed and understood before work begins
• Delegating to and supporting the designers on your projects

You’ll be a great fit if you have

• Solid experience in high-end residential interior design, running projects concept to install
• Strong technical drawing skills (Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD)
• A good command of FF&E and how design and procurement fit together
• The instinct to follow things through to completion — you close loops without being chased
• Excellent organisation and an eye that doesn’t miss the small things

International project experience is a real plus but not essential.
