Head- Global Content (UK)

ZEE is hiring for Head of Global Content . Preferred candidate should be based out in UK , having worked in their content ecosystem but an Indian Origin .

Job Responsibilities :

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic global projects across content, platforms, distribution, and partnerships
• Drive international market entry initiatives, including feasibility, execution, and localization
• Lead international content projects such as co‑productions, adaptations, and global originals
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across content, legal, finance, technology, and marketing
• Manage global partners, studios, distributors, and stakeholders
• Track project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and ROI
• Present progress, insights, and outcomes to executive leadership and board

Key Skills & Capabilities

• Strong strategic thinking with execution excellence
• Expertise in managing multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder projects
• Deep understanding of the media & entertainment ecosystem (TV, OTT, digital, studios)
• High cultural sensitivity and global stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial, negotiation, and communication capabilities
