Comprehensive Training & Development
From day one, you’ll follow a structured training programme designed to equip you with all the skills needed to become a successful recruiter. You’ll receive hands-on coaching in:
- Candidate sourcing and talent resourcing techniques
- Business development and client acquisition
- Negotiation and relationship management
- Market mapping and headhunting
- Sales techniques and objection handling
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
No previous recruitment experience is required – we are looking for attitude, ambition and a willingness to learn.
The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source and engage top construction and civil engineering professionals across the US market
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Advertise vacancies and conduct candidate interviews
- Negotiate offers and manage placements
- Become a market specialist within your sector
