We are currently seeking recent graduates to join our Graduate Programme 2026, a 18‑month Management Development Programme that combines work experience, off‑the‑job learning and self‑learning. The programme exposes graduates to all aspects of hotel operations through departmental rotation and support from the Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager. The early focus is on the Duty Manager role and responsibilities within the first 3–6 months. It is a fixed‑term contract with the aim of securing a permanent management role by the end of the programme.

What we are looking for

  • A passion for genuine hospitality
  • A proactive, positive and resilient attitude
  • A degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality
  • Ideally, prior experience in an operational role in Hotels, Leisure or Tourism
  • Flexibility on placement location to get the best out of your programme

Application process

Applications close July2026. Selected candidates will go through a two‑step process – first an assessment centre, followed by a final interview with the General Manager of the placement hotel. Successful applicants may start the programme from August/September, with the programme commencing in November2026.
