Era4 in the UK is seeking a qualified property lawyer as the Head of Estates. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the group’s extensive property portfolio, managing both freehold and leasehold interests. This includes legal, commercial, and day-to-day responsibilities across diverse sites throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in real estate law, particularly in commercial property and landlord-tenant relationships. This role also requires regular travel to various sites, including overnight stays, fostering relationships and managing ongoing property matters.
