Are you a hands‑on Production Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where structure is still developing and improvement opportunities are clear? A growing manufacturer is looking for a strong operational leader to take ownership of their production function and help shape how it runs going forward.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Production Manager

• Owning end‑to‑end production flow including SMT, AOI, assembly, test, and packing
• Managing production schedules and ensuring clear workflow across all manufacturing areas
• Driving on‑time delivery, throughput, and efficiency across the shopfloor
• Leading production teams through team leaders to ensure consistent execution and communication
• Monitoring WIP levels and ensuring visibility across all stages of production
• Identifying risks early and putting recovery plans in place where required
• Working closely with Planning and CI teams to manage and adjust production schedules
• Collaborating with Quality and Engineering to resolve production and process issues
• Driving continuous improvement activities to improve flow, output, and efficiency
• Using production data and KPIs to drive decision‑making and performance improvements

What We’re Looking For as a Production Manager

• Experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor/Senior Manufacturing leadership role
• Background in electronics, electro‑mechanical, or high‑mix manufacturing environments
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to improve structure and performance in developing environments
• Proven ability to lead teams through supervisors or team leaders
• Comfortable balancing people leadership with production delivery requirements
• Strong understanding of production flow, scheduling, and capacity management
• Data‑driven approach using KPIs to improve performance and decision‑making
• Confident communicator with the ability to drive accountability across teams
• Hands‑on, practical leadership style.
