Isle of Wight Stock Condition Surveyor – Housing Compliance

WP Recruitment is hiring a Stock Condition Surveyor on the Isle of Wight. You will conduct home condition surveys and engage with residents to ensure high levels of customer service. The role is contracted for 2 years with flexible working hours (35 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property maintenance and surveying, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. A full driver’s license is required.
