Structural Engineer (High Rise Residential)

Salary: £47,500 – £54,000 + Bonus

Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire

Hybrid working available from a Reading‑based office.

We are an expert consultancy specialising in High‑Rise buildings, offering an autonomous yet supportive environment. We support chartership and provide progression opportunities up to directorship.

Responsibilities

• Create structural designs and calculations for concrete and RC frames.
• Lead projects on High‑Rise Residential developments from conception to completion.
• Manage project delivery, liaise with clients, and represent the business.
• Work independently while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Knowledge of RC frames and experience with residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of structural design software (Revit, AutoCAD may be advantageous).
• Professional experience and aspiration towards chartership.
