This is a newly created role designed to support the next stage of growth across TikTok Live, TikTok Shop and social commerce.
You’ll take ownership of planning, producing and improving live shopping experiences that are engaging, commercially focused and built to convert.

The Role
As TikTok Live & TikTok Shop Manager, you’ll own the planning, production, execution and performance analysis of all TikTok livestreams.
You’ll be responsible for building a consistent livestream schedule, shaping show formats, selecting products, briefing presenters, reviewing performance and continuously improving results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the fast-moving nature of TikTok, social commerce and live shopping. You’ll work closely with the acquisition and creative teams to ensure TikTok Live activity aligns with paid, organic and wider growth plans.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the planning, production and execution of TikTok livestreams.
- Building a consistent livestream schedule with repeatable, commercially focused formats.
- Planning each live show in detail, including product selection, offers, scripts, props and flow.
- Managing presenters, including recruitment, briefing, coaching and structured feedback.
- Reviewing livestream performance metrics and using insight to improve future shows.
- Managing, owning and improving TikTok Shop performance.
- Working closely with the acquisition team to align TikTok Live with paid and organic TikTok strategy.
- Collaborating with creative teams to influence content, messaging and performance-led creative ideas.
- Testing different livestream formats to improve engagement, conversion and revenue.
- Monitoring competitor activity, TikTok Live trends and social commerce developments.
- Bringing fresh ideas into the business to keep livestream activity relevant and commercially effective.
- Building scalable processes around livestream production to improve consistency and performance.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Proven experience producing TikTok Lives.
- Experience managing or supporting TikTok Shop performance.
- A strong understanding of social commerce and how live content can drive sales.
- Experience working with presenters, creators, hosts or on-camera talent.
- The ability to plan live shows with a commercial mindset.
- Experience reviewing performance data and turning insights into action.
- A good understanding of paid social advertising metrics.
- Experience working alongside creative, acquisition or performance teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to report performance clearly and concisely.
- A test-and-learn mindset with the confidence to try new formats, review results and improve quickly.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
