AI-Native Security Engineer: Cloud & Secure-by-Design

Zinc Work is hiring a Security Engineer to enhance and manage our organization’s technical security posture as we scale. The role focuses on building security frameworks to protect our AI-native company while maintaining agility. You will lead secure engineering practices across departments, manage cloud security posture specifically in AWS, and conduct risk assessments of third-party tools.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in security engineering with 3+ years of experience, particularly in SaaS environments. Familiarity with security frameworks and the ability to influence culture without authority are also required.
