Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + £8,000 Relocation Package

As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quality Engineer who can drive quality standards, support business improvement initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the future of the quality function.
The Role:
As Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems, supporting manufacturing operations, and leading root cause investigations to ensure the highest standards are achieved across the business.
You will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement activities across manufacturing processes.
- Support and develop the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct internal audits and support external customer and certification audits.
- Analyse quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve process capability and product quality.
- Manage customer quality concerns and ensure effective resolution.
- Support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior members of the quality team.
