Fall Protection Engineer / Access & Safety Operative
Location: Field Based – Nationwide
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Company Van
Flexibility is key – this role may involve night work, weekends, and overnight stays when required.
What the role involves
- Deliver servicing, maintenance and repairs to height safety equipment including:
- Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines
- Eyebolts – fall restraint and abseil
- Gantries and walkways
- Guardrails
- Ladders – fixed and portable
- General lifting equipment
- Ensure health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed and comply with British Standards
- Highlight any further works required following service or reactive works
- Support other divisions when required
- Make sure every system meets strict compliance standards and is safe to use
- Travel across the UK with flexibility for occasional overnight stays
You’ll need
- Previous experience working at height or in a safety‑related role
- Confidence with tools and working on‑site
- A full UK driving licence
