Site Partner Project Manager | EV Charging Infrastructure
EV charging is only as good as the sites it runs from. When a bay is broken, poorly maintained, or non-compliant, it’s not just an operational problem, it’s a customer lost and a reputation damaged. This role exists to make sure that doesn’t happen.

The Role
The Site Partner Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day facilities management of live EV charging sites, ensuring all locations are safe, compliant, well-presented, and fully operational. Oversee minor works, repairs, and asset replacements. Manage onboarding of new sites into the asset register end to end.
Compliance & Health and Safety
Ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation and facilities management best practice. Monitor contractor RAMS, permits to work, and site access requirements. Identify, escalate, and manage safety hazards, defects, and compliance risks. Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary operational contact for site hosts, managing agents, and facilities teams. Coordinate access, permits, and works scheduling with landlords and occupiers. Manage landlord operational issues and complaints through to resolution. Implement initiatives from the wider Customer and Network team to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
Performance Management & Reporting
Monitor asset performance, site availability, and service delivery against SLAs and KPIs. Maintain accurate facilities and asset records. Produce regular operational and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
