Remote Residential Block Manager – North West

Block Recruit is seeking a Home Based Block Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 28 residential blocks across the North-West region. This position allows for remote work while requiring site visits and meetings as necessary.

The successful candidate must hold an ATPI qualification and have proven experience in residential block management. Key responsibilities include overseeing property compliance, maintaining strong client relations, and managing service charge budgets.
