The Senior Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) will play a key role in bridging business needs and practical solutions, working with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, improve processes, and support successful transformation initiatives.
Role Highlights:
The Senior Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) will:
– Analyse current and future business processes to identify improvements and create clear transformation roadmaps
– Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, translate needs, and support effective delivery
– Develop process models, documentation, business cases, and solution recommendations
– Facilitate workshops that connect business teams with technical specialists
– Support testing, change adoption, and project delivery from early discovery through implementation
You Will Need
– 5+ years’ experience in business analysis within complex change or transformation environments
– Strong stakeholder engagement skills with confidence leading workshops and discussions
– Experience across full project lifecycles, including Agile delivery approaches
– Knowledge of process modelling techniques, requirements management, and analysis tools
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
