If you’re ready to make a real impact in healthcare and be part of a business redefining the future of pharmacy, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join HubRx?

  • Join a fast-growing, ambitious organisation with a clear and compelling vision
  • Enjoy a role offering real autonomy, ownership and impact
  • Play a key part in improving efficiency, sustainability and patient outcomes across UK pharmacy.

Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving regional growth and adoption of HubRx’s Dispensing‑as‑a‑Service model across the South East, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to close. Through a consultative sales approach, you will clearly articulate the value of HubRx’s solution, positioning it as a driver of long-term operational and commercial transformation and converting opportunities into lasting partnerships. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a highly autonomous, field-based role combining strategic planning, proactive business development and customer-focused engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers, positioning HubRx as a strategic partner.
  • Develop regional prospecting strategies and execute targeted growth plans.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach (cold calling, networking, referrals/industry connections, In-person branch visits).
  • Conduct consultative meetings, demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating the value of HubRx’s Hub & Spoke model.
  • Use Hubspot CRM to manage performance, pipeline activity and revenue opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Represent HubRx at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence, including competitor insights and customer feedback.
