A great opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Family Law team with offices in Liverpool and Manchester. This role is ideal for a solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious environment, handling a broad range of privately funded family matters.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, with a particular focus on

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• High-net-worth financial matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Private children matters where appropriate
• Negotiated settlements and court proceedings
• The successful candidate will work closely with experienced family lawyers and partners while benefiting from strong administrative and marketing support.

About You

• The ideal candidate will possesses
• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Family Law
• Strong experience handling divorce and financial remedy matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• A commercial and proactive approach to business development
• The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
