The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm is continuing to expand its specialist Property and Finance Litigation team due to sustained client growth and increasing demand across its lender, insolvency, and private client portfolios.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of property and finance litigation matters while working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex disputes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Handling finance litigation, debt recovery, mortgage possession, and insolvency-related matters
- Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting Partners and senior colleagues on complex litigation matters
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to team growth
Candidate Requirements
The firm is seeking:
- Qualified Solicitors with litigation experience
- Strong experience in debt recovery, commercial litigation, and/or property litigation
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client care skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to litigation
Desirable experience includes:
- Receivership and insolvency matters
- Mortgage possession claims
- Acting for lenders, finance companies, or secured creditors
