Part-time Team Assistant in Private Equity

Job title: Team Assistant

Location: Central London

Salary: £15-20k FTE

Contract type: 12-month FTC

Working hours: 10am – 3pm, 4 days per week

A boutique Private Equity firm is seeking a Team Assistant to support a dynamic and friendly office in Central London. The firm are incredibly welcoming and relaxed but enthusiastic about the work they do.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Hands-on diary management of the whole team
  • Occasional assistance with international and domestic travel arrangementsli>
  • Preparing meeting rooms to the high standard required using the company’s own technology

You Will Need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone liaison with investors 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Financial Services is desirable but not a must
