About the Role
The Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services by sourcing, selecting, and placing qualified candidates efficiently and professionally. This role focuses purely on recruitment delivery, without commercial or account-management responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day recruitment activities focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for open vacancies.
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and future roles.
- Ensure a deep understanding of job requirements, client expectations, and market conditions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience and strong engagement.
- Conduct reference checks, qualification verifications, and other compliance steps in line with Brunel procedures.
- Provide timely updates to the Team Lead Recruitment on vacancy progress and candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, candidate availability, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years recruitment experience
- Knowledge of international Oil & Gas market (ideally)
- Experience of recruiting/sourcing technical engineering candidates (white collar)
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment
