An established and growing manufacturing business in Droitwich is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Operator to join its production team. Supplying high quality components into sectors including automotive, construction and leisure, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled setter looking for long term stability, training and career progression.
Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out mould tool changes on injection moulding machines
- Setting and optimising moulding machines for production
- Monitoring process performance and product quality
- Troubleshooting process issues and making adjustments where required
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
- Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience setting plastic injection moulding machines
- Experience carrying out mould tool changes
- Good understanding of injection moulding processes
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Forklift, lifting equipment or plastics processing training would be advantageous

Week 1
- Monday Thursday: 06:00 14:15
- Friday: 06:00 11:00
Week 2
- Monday Thursday: 14:00 22:15
- Friday: 11:00 16:00
(38 hours per week)
