About Us

We are a leading provider of automated gates, doors, barriers and access control solutions. We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Co-ordinator / Administrator to join our team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines service coordination, customer support, and administrative duties.

  • Managing incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests.
  • Raising job sheets and orders
  • Liaising with customers
  • Updating company databases
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Organising and coordinating employee training and certification requirements.
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
